Supported a cable lift-and-shift package across multiple railway equipment buildings and trackside locations, including jointing, termination and testing.

Outcome: The package was completed to project requirements while maintaining fibre connectivity during the works.

TDM renewal and enhancement

Gloucester Area Signalling Project (GASP)

Provided PICOT, installation and testing resource to support renewal of TDM systems in the Gloucester South region using new hardware, FTNx and existing FTN copper infrastructure.

Scope of work

Installation of Westermo DDW142-485 modems
FTNx uplift and lineside equipment installation
BERT, SELT and DELT testing

Outcome: The upgrade supports more reliable signalling data transmission and future IP-based rail applications.
